| Welcome in Saint Pastour. Founded in 1272 by Alphonse de Poitiers, this bastide preserves its medieval past : the ancient door crowned with a statue of Jeanne d'Arc, an old well, white stone houses, wooden hall, and especially the church St Pastour, dating from the XVth century. To notice also, besides the magnificent sight, the Aiguevives' XIth century chapel, and the castle of Cabirol in the mullioned windows of the XVIth century. Whithout forgetting the city tour which is nothing else than the former moats of its castle. We shall welcome you with pleasure in our charming village. |
